Aluminum Laminates

Materials: 2 alloys used based on thickness; selection of glues and polymers targeted to specific ranges of required mechanical properties.

Dimensions: lamination up to 5 layers, from 23 to 90 my in total; thickness tolerance +/- 5%; 6 – 1000mm width.

Formats: pads with max 1m of outer diameter; spools with maximum outer diameter of 480mm (length of tape > 100km in some cases).

Mechanical Properties: elongation up to 80%; peeling analysis available.

Surface: 7 colors available; lubrication with minimum friction coefficient.
