Copper Foil

Materials: 9 types of copper, with varying percentages of Tin (Sn), Silver (Ag) and Zinck (Zn).

Dimensions: from 8 to 40 my of thickness; standard thickness tolerance +/- 10%, reducible to +/- 5% in special products; minimum width 1mm.

Formats: length of coils up to 20km without splices; maximum outer diameter for slit pads 600mm.

Mechanical Properties: hard material with R > 350; soft material with R < 260; isotropic materials available upon request (with analysis of grain uniformity).

Surface: special annealing process guarantees absence of oil (measurable in mg/m2); planarity < 5 i-units.
